Called 2 hours ahead and asked if I could get there at noon to run diagnostics on my car. Rep stated to get there and the process would not take more than 30-45 minutes. I got there and rep asked to wait a while and he would help me out. Ended up waiting an hour and he did not get near my car. I told him that I had to leave as he was taking too long and I had to go back to work. He asked me to stay another 5 Minutes as the electrician was on his lunch and would be back. (Why didnt he mention that from the getgo!?) Ended up waiting another 25 minutes and the guy never arrived. Very unprofessional and for a small shop, looks disorganized. Just finished reading some of these reviews and I'm glad I did not leave my car there. Come at your own risk!

I couldn't find a water pump for my engine at the auto parts store. So, I had to rebuild mine. They did a great job. It has been over two years, and it is still working. I am happy, and I would highly recommend them.
