If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place is honest and efficient. I was stuck on my way through Van Nuys when my trip was interrupted with a check engine light. They were able to diagnose and take care of my issue within an hour and a half. I was able to get back on the road safely. I huge thank you to everyone at the shop for their help.

View on GoogleI am so happy I found this place. Joshua went above and beyond for me today! My car wouldn't start today, and being that it was a Saturday afternoon and my car is parked in an underground lot that a tow truck can't get to, I really started to panic. After calling several shops that didn't answer, I got Joshua on the phone. I explained my situation, and he immediately offered to come to me to see if he could get my car started. I was a little skeptical, but he was a man of his word. He showed up, got my car started, diagnosed the problem and I followed him back to his shop. Not only did Joshua replace my alternator quickly and for a fair price, he noticed my A/C wasn't blowing that great, and diagnosed that problem, too! I've found my new mechanic! I immediately felt like I could trust him, and that's so important. I highly recommend Joshua and J&J Auto.
