J&C took such great care of me and my husband. They were so kind and generous. I can in for just an oil change but they saw i had got into an accident and there was this horrible yellow paint on my car they took it off for free! The price was fantastic, and they were completely transparent with pricing. Love this place!
View on GoogleI originally really liked J&C and had a great impression of Paul. He came across as kind, personable, and genuinely caring—a family guy who made me feel comfortable bringing my car in. Unfortunately, my most recent experiences left me disappointed. During my last visit, I was misquoted by $100, and when I brought it up, nothing was ever done to address the discrepancy. More recently, I reached out because my car was having issues. Paul had told me they could fit me in for emergency repairs, but when I called to confirm I was bringing it in, I was told they were booked out for two weeks. The mismatch between what I was told and the reality, combined with the unresolved pricing issue, made me feel like I couldn't rely on them when I needed help most. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to continue supporting this business, but sadly, I don't think I'll be returning.

Cost of service was EXTREMELY agreeable. Also, they scrubbed the yellow paint scratches off of my wifes car for no charge! Would absolutely return and highly recommend anyone recieve their service with J&C.
View on GooglePaul and his team have been serving my 4Runner since I bought a year ago - it’s a 4Runner so it doesn’t need a lot of repair but Paul has been great. Straightforward, reasonable price and quotes. He was recommended by several neighbors and it’s easy to see why. Five stars for sure.

After he replaced the parts, my car has never been this quiet before. Really appreciate his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend this shop!
