Brad is absolutely legendary. I’ve trusted him with both my 1992 BMW 850 and my Ferrari 458 Spider, and the level of knowledge, honesty, and craftsmanship is on another level. My BMW had issues that multiple mechanics couldn’t figure out, but Brad diagnosed and fixed it without wasting time or throwing parts at the problem. Finding someone who truly understands older BMWs is rare, and finding someone who can also confidently work on exotic cars like a Ferrari is even rarer. He treats every car like it’s his own and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. If you want a mechanic who is experienced, trustworthy, meticulous, and unbelievably talented, Brad is the guy. Could not recommend him more highly.

I had an oil change service and brakes completed last week and my experience was top notch. I truly appreciate transparency and honesty and Ingolstadt West does just that. They provide a free full car inspection and they don't try to push unnecessary repairs. Both Kevin and Brad are very personable and professional. I was told what needed to be repaired and what could wait until my 50k service. Today, I had to get a recall done at the BMW dealer and I was told five things were "red" level needed service repairs. I figured the dealer was pushing services and I was right. Upon calling and speaking to Brad I was relieved to have confirmation that the "red" issues the dealer told me about were, in fact, "yellow" issues that could be resolved next year. One of the issues the dealer noted was that my coolant needed to be changed because of the "color of it" when Brad told me they used exact measurements rather than color and it did not need a change right now. I also was given a free Carfax report. All around a highly recommended, honest repair shop with prices below dealer costs.

What really stood out was their ability to come up with the best game plan for my car instead of just pushing unnecessary work. Kevin at Ingolstadt West was recommended to me by a colleague who has trusted them with his high end performance car maintenance for years, and he did not disappoint. Kevin went above and beyond for my pre-purchase inspection on a 2024 Audi RS3. He was responsive and easy to reach by both text and phone leading up to the appointment, which set the tone for the entire experience. The inspection itself was thorough in a way I didn't expect. He put the car up on a lift, went under the hood, and did a full test drive. He took the time to walk me through everything he found, helped me think through pricing, maintenance considerations, and post-purchase options, and was upfront about what to watch for. His knowledge of the platform was genuinely impressive, more so than the Audi technicians I had spoken with. I won't buy another performance car without having Kevin do the inspection first. Going forward, I'm bringing all of my vehicles to Ingolstadt West for maintenance. If you're serious about knowing exactly what you're buying, this is who you call.

-Returned to Ingolstadt West for sparkplugs and an oil change and they did a great job again. Great communication and reasonable pricing. -Great first experience here. They did my brakes and rotors on our X7 for half the price the dealer was going to charge. They are efficient, professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again for any German car/SUV service or maintenance needed.
