I take my Infinity QX60 to Nissan of DTLA because they always give great service. From the moment I arrive Fabian welcomes me and asks about the family. My service advisor always lets me know what I need now and which services can be delayed until my next visit. Fabian is like family he communicates with me very well and I never feel like he’s selling me a service that I don’t really need just because I’m a woman. I trust his opinion and I love that Nissan of DTLA provides me with video inspections. I definitely recommend going here, you’re in great hands.

I was annoyed because had to wait 25 minutes in my car before anyone came to take my car for service, but then once they did the service was great. The waiting area was nice with a free fancy coffee machine and the service agent Alan Muniz was very professional, kind, and gave me great service, finished timely, and the price was reasonable.
