In and Out Tire

Grade A+ (99): I love this place, I drive all the way from Pasadena, their prices are very competitive, service is great, no long waits. The owner, Steve, is there almost every time I'm here. The only issue is it's far from my house (I deduct 1 point 🤣😂). On another note there's a great taco stand next door in the corner. there's also a coffee bar. I have 4 cars and a truck besides tires, I get alignment and other service done here.

I'm a regular customer of In and Out tire. I purchased my tires about 9 months ago and now I come every 3 months to have them rotated, which takes less than 15 mins if they aren't busy. They are fast, thorough and have competitive pricing. The customer service is top notch. I am ALWAYS greeted with a Smile when I walk through the door. The super clean store/waiting area is equipped with a self serve coffee bar and TV to make your wait more comfortable. They make my experience not feel like a chore. You should definitely give them a try. 🚗🚙🛻👍🏾

This place is hands-down the best tire and wheel store I have ever been in throughout my entire life. I come from a heavy car industry family and used to consider myself a Les Schwab for life customer. In And Out Premier set a new standard of service and affordability in my eyes. I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you Steve and everyone on the team. I always leave feeling satisfied and cared for. Our tires and brakes are critical for our safety on the road and you only want the most competent people servicing them. This place is a must if you take your auto maintenance seriously.

I called in and out premier today to ask a question about an alignment that was done to my vehicle a few months ago after purchasing a new set of tires. I spoke to a women who was unable to answer my question, She then transferred me to in and out premier gentlemen which seemed bothered from the start of the conversation, I explained to him that a few days ago I noticed that the inner rubber of the tire was worn to the point that i could see the metal wire coming out of the tire. I proceeded to taking the car to the tire shop where I purchased the tires to see if the tires were defective. I was told by the tire shop that after checking the tires it looked like no alignment had been done which caused the wear on the inside of the tire. I then took it to the tire shops alignment center for a more thorough inspection and after inspecting everything they confirmed no alignment was present and the cam bolt was loose which the technician said “your whole suspension could have come apart and you would of been in a bad accident which could of cost you and your families life”. The technician said “where did you go? I would call them and make them aware of the situation, I’m surprised they didn’t tell you”. After providing the in and out premier gentlemen the story, I asked if there was some type of warranty on the alignment that was allegedly done. He raised his voice and said in a disrespectful and rude tone “No! Go talk to the tire shop” and hung up the phone. I will not be coming here ever again and will not refer anyone here. Beware of this place, if you care about your life and your families life don’t come here go elsewhere. They don’t care about providing quality work or customer service to their customers. They only care about money. Horrible experience. 0/0 stars if possible.
