High Precision Auto A/C

My car was leaking coolant and the tail lights needed to be replaced. I took it to Martin and he told me the large hose needed to be replaced and that would completely fix the coolant leak problem and he put in new tail lights. After everything was done I picked up the car and everything looked fine but when I drove it that same day at night I turned on my lights and noticed now my passenger side headlight wasn’t working. I found this odd because it was working perfectly fine before I gave him my car so I immediately called Martin and told him what happened and he told me to bring it in and he would put in a new headlight and wouldn’t charge me. Since he didn’t charge me I chalked it up to being a mere coincidence. But the next day when I drove my car it continued to leak coolant just like before and now my car would make a huge roaring sound and the whole car would vibrate and whenever my car was stopped or in park it would accelerate on its own and the check engine light was now on. I never had this problem before! I immediately took it to Martin and he now said that supposedly the coolant reservoir was leaking and needed to be replaced and he checked the engine for hours and couldn’t figure out why all of a sudden my car was accelerating on its own. I had already given him over 400 dollars to fix the coolant leak and now he wanted to take more of my money to fix a problem I already paid him to fix. I was extremely upset that he didn’t fix the coolant leak and especially because he created a problem for me that I never had before. At this point I thought it was best for him not to touch my car anymore and asked him for my money back and he refused. I feel utterly scammed and I am contemplating pursuing legal action against Martin and his shop because this isn’t right. Either he doesn’t know what he’s doing and/or did extremely poor work or even worse. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience with the owner, Martin, and who I believe was his wife. They were both humble and honest. I previously got an estimate elsewhere for unnecessary repairs, but here, the mechanic simply ran a diagnostic and found the issue was just a couple of faulty light bulbs. Their prices were fair I expected to spend over a thousand dollars, but it ended up costing just a few hundred. This shop doesn’t just focus on air conditioning; they also handle a lot of general mechanical work. Martin is very honest, and we recently returned to get our brakes replaced. He also recommended replacing the thermostat, which was very helpful advice. I trust their work and highly recommend them!

Martin is an amazing mechanic and owner. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed up my air conditioning within a couple of hours. Very friendly team, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs ac repairs.

Martin is an honest guy and takes the time to explain what he did or what's wrong with the car when I take it to him. I've been going to Martin for about 5 years and he always does good work. He has fair prices and does a good job. He is also really accommodating and has taken my car into the shop on very short notice.
