Being a woman and trying to find a shop for car repairs is always tough because of the fear of being “scammed” however the experience I had here with John truly has shifted my perspective!!! I truly appreciate how easy and comfortable my interaction was with him from start to finish ! While another shop told me I needed to repair an entire part of the car he was able to fix my issue without having to get a new car part ! John is a godsend!! My catalytic converter was stolen and he helped me resolve the issue step by step. I didn't even know where to start, but he took care of me and helped me navigate through the insurance process all they way through.
