Took my car there for a paint job fix with a perfectly fine windshield. Left with a cracked windshield. Hal refused to acknowledge that it didn’t exist there before I arrived and then also tried to charge me extra when I showed up to pay because he “assumed” I was paying in cash. Edit several days later**: well well…days after Hal broke my windshield and I had safelight come to replace my windshield the tech finds that the plastic cover was not put back in place in the front hood and there was just a metal paint brush sitting out that wasn’t put away. Tech said I’m lucky I hadn’t driven much as the plastic could’ve melted onto the engine (which they left it on top of). Crazy negligence.

Vic really hooked me up with a great repair on my BMW x3. It took a long time for the insurance to get back to us . Vic waited patiently and kept responding to my texts. When we finally got the green light, his shop worked directly with the insurance and did an amazing repair in a short time. Plus the car looks brand new! Vic has a new customer for life. Definitely recommend Hal’s.

called AAA for roadside assistance at 11:30pm On 10/26/2025 for the Battery to be charge. The person they sent couldn’t charge my battery so, he suggested to wait for another person to come which it would take about an hour so, I thought it would be too late , so, he suggested if I wanted my vehicle to be tow at my house and I thought it was a better Idea then later in the morning I would call AAA again. When he brought my vehicle to my house, He mess up my vehicle's handle (driver side) and all he said was “sorry”, for which I called AAA to let them know and they stated that the company who did the towing was from Hal’s Club towing which is an independent company and for a faster solution for my damage issue it was best to call them directly ( the service representative sounded sleepy, tired, careless and did not seem to put attention of the situation and suggested to call this the tow truck company directly to resolve this issued and I was given a phone number to call so, I called several times and they answer very rude or when they see my phone number they don't answer unless I call private or from another number and when they finally answered they stated they need to review the damage claim and they would go from there. I called every day for 3 days (both the AAA and the towing company) and today, the towing company called stating that they arrived to my house already and took picture of the damage and that they can fix it and can pick up my truck and I told them I rather drive and take the truck so, they set up an appointment for me to take it to shop on 10/30/2025 at 6:00am. then an hour later I got a message from them that they change their mine, stating that it wasn’t the driver's fault so, they decided not to take responsibility of the damages that was done by their driver so, I called AAA and spoke to the person called supervisor who apparently was in charge of handling my case “Evita Hernandez” and told her about what this tow company stated and she said at this point she no longer work on my case because she needs to transfer it to a “Specialist” from AAA and to wait 2-3 business days. So, AAA and independent contractors they hired don’t seem to care unless you need a roadside assistance or want to upgrade your membership it’s the only way they help you immediately. Til now the 31 st of October, 2025 no specialist from AAA has called me.

Really great experience. Had my bumper reattached for a very reasonable price. They also diagnosed and fix an exhaust problem at no extra charge— Thanks! I would definitely come back for body work or car repairs.
