This was honestly the worst tire shop we’ve ever visited. We only came in to swap wheels since we already replaced one ourselves and just needed help with the other three after our wrench broke. My husband is a mechanic, so we know exactly what needs to be done. While they were working, he specifically told them to install the centric caps to make sure the wheels were properly aligned and safe. They ignored it the first time, and even after he went back to remind them, they still didn’t do it. What made it worse was the attitude. The youngest guy working there told my husband to “just go sit down,” which was completely disrespectful. My husband was simply making sure our car was being handled correctly and safely. Then, when it was time to pay, that same worker drove our car out of the shop without even asking us. We were literally right there. That’s OUR car, basic respect is to ask first. We paid $70 for service that felt careless and unprofessional. It’s honestly concerning to think about how many other cars they’ve worked on like this. Are those vehicles even safe? I really hope this shop starts hiring knowledgeable workers who actually understand proper installation, not just how to take tires on and off. If you’re planning to come here, watch your car closely while they’re working on it. And learn the basics yourself, it could save you from situations like this.

I've been here before and things went well. I now recently left my car there and have the fear of my car being damaged cause of a noticed I signed but some of them seem good people so I'm trusting God they'll do right by me. (Update) These guys have no morals and try tactics like sudden movements, gestures, and twisting their head to the side to intimidate and manipulate the situation! They lied about fixing my car and still wanted to charge me more after letting them know the car wasn't working. #scammers/deceivers. If you come here be sure to come with a facade like theirs cause they only respect what they fear.
