I recently took my car in for a brake job. The work was done , but I was very disappointed when I later found out that the tip I left for the technician was actually being kept by the owner instead of going to the employee who did the work. If you’re planning to leave a tip, make sure you confirm it actually goes to the mechanic not the owner. This is a very unfair practice. I won’t be returning.
