Dishonest Business- Didn't honor their warranty I purchased 4 tires with warranty of 60,000 miles. I brought them back for rotation after 7K miles, and they told me 2 of them needs to be changed. When they realized they sold them to me, first he said maybe one of them is good! Then he charged me for both tires, and did not honor his warranty, blaming on the alignment, while I had just been to dealership and the alignments were ok. We won't go there again.

I have lived I. the area for over 15 years and have brought all my cars here, they ALWAYS provide the BEST PRICES & SERVICE !!! I ha e never had any issues with them, from Battery replacement, Oil changes, NEW tires, brakes, and serpentine belt change. They are always busy and they give each customer the BEST attention, yes sometimes could be a wait but that's when you drop it off a d pick it up later, like any other shop. "THEY ARE THE BEST!!"

The Simi Valley location is great! My new go-to shop for tires, brakes, etc. I went in this morning at 9a and spoke with Eddie about some work another tire shop had told me needed to be done almost immediately. They claimed it was a cracked bushing and, if left unrepaired I was running the risk of killing my car. It was causing a strong vibration/shimmy upon braking. He had Vic look at it and the discovery was actually; the brake rotors were warped and needed to be machined. Within 2 hours I had my car back and enjoyed a smooth, shimmy-free drive home. All at a great price. He also gave me a fantastic quote on 4 new tires which I'm hoping to get next month (ah, the joys of living on Social Security). The customer service, prices, helpfulness, friendliness, honesty and understanding are unmatched. I'll definitely be referring GAT to everyone I know.

These guys are AWESOMENESS! Fast , friendly and good. NATO was the best. He came out of the office from behind a desk full of papers to help. I was recomend to GAT from regular mechanic atFlash Auto and the best recommend the best. The price was unbeatable and I got road hazzard for my tires. Even if you have to drive far, call and tell them your coming. Grab a snack, a beverage and go. My old tires were way past due. And I'm not sure how much glory it holds but they have a hole there, when you go see if you can find it!🤣🕳😂🕳🤣🕳😂🕳🤣🕳😂🕳
