Arthur and his team were very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. I had a hit and run, but Arthur helped we get through the process with the insurance companies. The actual repair of the car was also very well done. You can tell that these guys are professionals and know what they are doing. Lastly, the price for the repairs was in line with the estimate that was given beforehand, which was nice because it is not always possible to give an exact price estimation before repairing the car. Highly recommend!

From the moment I arrived, Arthur was exceptionally courteous, professional, and thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect the damage, explain the repair process, and set clear expectations… all of which immediately gave me a sense of trust and peace of mind. His customer service was truly above and beyond. Throughout the entire repair process, Arthur maintained consistent and transparent communication, updating me on the status of the repairs and timelines. I never once felt left in the dark, which is rare and incredibly appreciated when dealing with vehicle damage. The repairs themselves were completed in just two weeks, which was faster than I expected, especially considering the scope of the work. They replaced the left front fender and bumper, and also repainted the vehicle… and the final result was nothing short of immaculate. My car looked even better than it did before the accident. The paint matched flawlessly, and the workmanship was clearly meticulous and high quality.
