Came in for a brake pad replacement and Will helped me out — he was fast, efficient, and very professional! This isn’t my first time with this shop. Two years ago, I went somewhere else, and they actually left parts missing from my brakes (crazy, I know). Will came through for me back then — he was honest, didn’t overcharge, and got everything fixed properly. That’s why I came back again. I got new brake pads for my RAV4 for $150, with a lifetime warranty — when they wear down, I can come back and get them replaced for free. The shop is in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but honestly, the guys there made me feel very safe and respected — no weird or pervy vibes at all. Ladies, ask for Will — he’s the best! I highly recommend this shop! I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle’s brakes, tires, or alignment needs. They never overprice or make up extra work just to make money — super honest and reliable team!

Sunday, most shops are closed. Went in for a screw in the tire, Mr. Chavez and Mr. Robert was accommodating, they removed it and the screw didn’t punctured the tire, they did not charged me for it. I insisted to give a little something as token of my appreciation. Honest guys. Will come back again. Thank you!
View on GoogleGot out of church and our tire pressure was low. Headed over here to see what was going on. Turns out our tire was in bad shape and so we got a new tire. All the workers are extremely hard working and very friendly. We were in and out quickly. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleWas looking for a place last minute because a nail punctured my tires. The guys at G&N were so nice and helpful and immediately took care of it. Less than 10 minutes, they were done already. They even explained to me things I didn't know about the car. Kudos to them!
View on GoogleWould have given them 5 stars if they have better communication and customer service skills. Went in to fix a flat paid good and reasonable price. Next couple of days noticed I needed air for that same tire went back again they took it out and put back in after "fix it" that was only communication we had. I paid again. The very next day I had to stop at gas station to put air on my "very same" tire "twice" because they closed on Sunday. I brought back on Monday explained to the guy behind the counter he told me to bring it in so they can find out what happened. They took it out and put it back in after "fix it" and told me ""you good". This time I told him I need explanation why did I have to come in for the 3rd time for same issued. He gave me short explanation said "you good now". I assumed "no charged" but no "sorry" or ""refund" I took it "fair".
