I took a Jaguar there to get serviced because I was going to give the car to my sister for a graduation gift. It was going to be a quick tune up. I dropped the car off at 12:00 PM on May 27, 2025. On that same Tuesday the 27th he called me after his hours at 7:45 PM. I didnt answer the phone call as it was after hours and wasnt expecting a call from the mechanic that late after hours when they close at 6:00 PM. The owner then texted me at 11:00 AM the next morning asking me why I didnt take the car last night but why I waited until the next morning to take the car. I had no idea what he was talking about. So, when I finally was able to get a ride back to his place of business, to pick up the Jaguar that I had planned to gift to my sister as a graduation present. His first comment to me in person was your car was stolen. I asked him if he called the cops he said no because he was waiting to hear from me. I asked him if he knew that it wasn't picked up last night but picked up in the morning he would have video of someone taking it. At that point he got very defensive saying idk what game I'm trying to play. I had to ultimately file a police report for a stolen car. LAPD told me they are looking into the matter and working on it..... but we all know what that really means. He asked me at the time I was trying to pick up the car if I had the VIN. I told him you should have that info since he was working on the car. He responded that it wasn't that serious of a job. Idk what that means but all I know is whenever I take my car to a shop for anything even an oil change they take all my info VIN, mileage, and more. I had my title at home and was able to file the police report. All in all do not use this Auto Repair because idk what kind of process they run their but my sister is now very disappointed that she didnt get her graduation gift.

The Guys at G & M where great! I came in for oil change and service and I got so much more! That actually checked all other components and did some preventative service. It's good to know that besides changing the oil someone professional can lock at all other components and make sure nothing is "on the way".. Alfredo is great and listens to you and treats you with respect and not like just another dumb customer who cant seem to find the right words to describe your autos issues.
