If you are anywhere in the vicinity of Friends & Family, and you need someone to take care of, and treat your vehicle like you do, there is simply NO better place to go in the Woodland Hills/West Hills/Canoga area for ANY car maintenance and repair. Moy, Jasmine, & Reuben saved the day with the lowest price catalytic converter replacement on my car after it was stolen. Reuben was the only rep to actually call me back when I was trying to find an auto shop near me, Jasmine worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure everything went smoothly, heck, even their Doberman was cool! They also did it all in only 2 days, and most importantly, they stock an anti-theft Cat Shield which I didn't know about and even gave me an amazing price on that!

I took my 95’ Ford F150 for a replacement of my steering column that housed the ignition switch and rod for my truck. My key kept sticking and finally broke; it left my truck’s steering wheel with too much slack and not tension from the shaft. Anyway, they took great care of my truck. Although I had to wait for a part, which was special ordered, they took their time assembly it and it paid off. I appreciate them taking every single one of my calls and giving me updates, per my request. Never losing patience and always being friendly.
