Amazing experience! These guys are true professionals — super knowledgeable and honest. I came in thinking I had a transmission issue, but after a full diagnostic they found out it wasn’t the transmission at all, just a software problem. I brought my vehicle in specifically requesting a transmission fluid change using ATF+4, which is the only correct fluid for my car. I told them clearly what my vehicle required — but they dismissed my concern, saying they had “a better oil” and not to worry. Shortly after the service, my transmission started failing. It would go into neutral after 2nd gear, and eventually wouldn’t shift properly at all. I’ve now had to disassemble the transmission valve body and found broken internal parts and serious contamination — all consistent with using the wrong fluid. This is not just poor service — it’s negligence. Transmission fluid is not optional — using the wrong one can destroy a gearbox, and that’s exactly what happened. If you care about your car, avoid this shop at all costs. They don’t listen to customers, they don’t follow manufacturer specifications, and now I’m stuck with a major repair that could’ve been easily avoided.

I came here and got work done on my car a year ago maybe longer. I got a TCM replaced and the boss gave a excuse about his computer not working anymore. I left messages and they told me they would get back to me. Negligence is happening at this shop. They are not responding to me. I keep asking for the warranty for the parts that was replaced because it stopped working. I just need someone to verify the warranty for the part that was bought from the dealer. I paid a lot of money to get my car fixed.
