Exceptional shop. Friendly, honest and reliable staff. As soon as I called in and spoke to Randy, I knew I was comfortable bringing my vehicles here. Reasonable prices and work done as promised with updated phone calls throughout the repairs. I highly recommend this awesome shop especially being an AAA approved shop. I was able to get my vehicle smogged at the same time. My forever auto repair shop! Thanks guys!!!

While this circumstance would not usually contribute to a person feeling lucky, Randy at Fox tire made this unlucky event has painless as could be. He communicated super clearly, was so friendly and reassuring, did excellent work and went above and beyond with excellent customer service, including waiting for my car to be delivered and being flexible with pickup timing. Thank you again Randy! This experience was a fantastic reminder that there are honest and GOOD people out there. Randy at Fox tire is one of them!
