I was told to toe my car there because they can handle the problem I had which was a spark plug threading in the cylinder head. They did not have the expertise or master technician to deal with this type of problem. So I had to toe it to another mechanic that actually fixed a simple extraction by using an ez out tool. My car was in the hospital. But after leaving it here at flakoz and vicktor for one night it's on life support. Totally careless!! I called and asked them to lock my door which I gotta rude reply.left all loose components ignition coils spark plugs in the engine bay while car was towed.Didn't ever cover my cylinder heads for the rain. So now I need to use a shop vac to remove all the water in the cylinder head. Didn't even bother to remove the peace of porcelain in cylinder 2. And to add insult to injury my driver door was open. It was like a bunch of cavemen looking at an engine for the first time. On top of a rude welcoming and departure this gringo would recommend you stay away from this place.
