I cannot recommend Fix DTLA enough! My car was involved in an arson situation and Fix went above and beyond dealing with my insurance and making sure it looks brand new. They were very communicative throughout the process and were true to their deadline. Highly recommend!!!

I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto after the driver-side window was vandalized in Downtown Los Angeles. Darwin and Alberto were attentive and courteous throughout the intake process, and I appreciate their professionalism. However, I am disappointed with the detailing service performed by Monkey Spa Auto Detail (Pico & Flower), which was selected by Fix Auto. A charge of $250 was submitted for the cleaning. For that price, the results were well below standard. The vehicle was not properly washed, and the interior was not vacuumed to a level that reflects a $250 service. Broken glass debris remained, and the overall finish did not meet reasonable expectations. I was informed that State Farm only covers removal of broken glass, not a full wash or interior detail. Understood. However, $250 for limited debris removal without a proper vacuum or wash does not align with typical market value. At that price point, a customer reasonably expects thorough service and professional attention to detail. This is not about seeking extras — it is about quality and pride in workmanship. When customers entrust their vehicles to your network, the service should reflect the standards of the businesses involved. Strong execution builds loyalty; subpar work encourages customers to look elsewhere. Insurance premiums have significantly increased in recent years, and deductibles have doubled. While those realities are outside of your control, the quality of service delivered is not. I respectfully encourage both Fix Auto and Monkey Spa to reassess the level of service provided under these claims. Your reputation depends on it. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Fix Auto Downtown Los Angeles. I took my car in because the door needed to be replaced after it was damaged in a collision. From start to finish the customer service was top notch. The team kept me updated throughout the process and handled everything with my insurance company, which made the whole situation stress-free. The turnaround time was quick and when I picked up my car it looked amazing. They even detailed the car after the repair and it honestly looked like the accident never happened. If you go there, ask for Alberto. He’ll take good care of you.

I had a great experience with Darwin and Alberto! They don't normally do glass repair in-house, but they went out of their way to find someone who could help. Darwin made sure the replacement glass matched my car perfectly by asking for my VIN number. After dropping off my car, Alberto gave me a ride home. Everyone was super friendly and kept me updated the whole time. After I picked up my car, I noticed some noises while driving. They took it right back in, fixed it, and did a test drive to double check. Really appreciate their service and great communication. Highly recommend :)
