i came with a corolla 2005 and it was Very bad experience at this shop. I took my car in because it had a noise coming from the rear wheel, and from the beginning the service felt unprofessional. The owner didn’t even speak to me directly—instead, he went over to one of his employees, whispered something to him, and then sent the employee to talk to me. The employee came back with random guesses, saying it might be the axles or the shocks, without even properly inspecting the car. It was clear they had no real interest in diagnosing the issue or helping me as a customer. They just wanted me to leave the car there without giving a clear explanation, almost like they were trying to get rid of me.i know its an old car, I may have looked humble, but I have enough money to pay. It felt like they don’t want to deal with anything complicated and only prefer easy jobs or customers with newer cars so they can charge more. I ended up going somewhere else, and for just $30 they gave me an accurate diagnosis. Very disappointing service. I do not recommend this place.

Exceeded my expectations for sure. I was rear-ended and needed a new radiator and the headlamp was out of place. First Auto replaced the radiator and straightened out the headlamp. It was a 24 hour turn around. When I picked up my van, I discovered they buffed out both headlamps! I highly recommend the shop! If I have future auto repair, I will stop by First Auto.

View on GoogleI’ve been coming here for years and had my brakes replaced here also. Last oil check I told them my brakes were squeaking and if I could change it. They told me it was okay for another 5000 miles. I brought it back and they asked who did the brakes. I told them it was them and he looked confused and tried to play it off that the rotors were worn due to natural use. No. It’s cause you didn’t change the brake pads and ordered the wrong pads last time. Exposed and very unprofessional. I’d go to a place that specializes in your car brand instead. Lost me $1000 for just being lazy. Do not recommend.
