i am a single mom who knows only the basics about cars ….. when my “check transmission” warning light appeared on my acura mdx , i looked for a transmission place to inspect my car. i was so worried that i went to the shop a half hour before opening and MR. LEE , the owner immediately helped me ! he was kind, compassionate and very generous. he checked the transmission fluid, and then proceeded to run the computer diagnostic test. we found nothing wrong with the transmission . nevertheless, he assured me that if anything happens again , to come back immediately ! MR. LEE won me over and i will have him do all the maintenance work on my Acura from now on ! his honesty , kindness and care are above and beyond what i could have expected ! thank you sir for taking care of me when i was so worried about a costly repair !

After another garage had quoted thousands for a new transmission, I sought out a second opinion and found Excel nearby. Mr Lee was incredibly helpful. He listened to all the symptoms my car had, test drove it, plugged in diagnostics and even went through previous bills of sale from the same car to see it's common issues. A few hours later and for a fraction of the price, I was back on the road and my transmission was fixed. Quick, professional service at a really good price. Would recommend to anyone.

I always feel like I'm getting ripped off. A friend recommended this place and decide to give it a shot. It doesn't hurt to get another quote. I ended up leaving my car there. My car feels brand new & I don't have any more problems. The price was great and my car was done earlier then other places. I'm very grateful that I decided to go there and I recommend it to my friends and family now. Thank you!
