I had a 4:00 PM appointment and was not acknowledged by management when I approached the desk. After about five minutes, an attendant informed me that the person I initially approached was the manager and was on the phone. I was asked to wait while my car was checked in. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, I was asked to move my car, but still received no assistance. The lack of professionalism was noticeable, although one attendant did make an effort to provide some level of customer service. There were many cars waiting, which may explain some of the delay, but communication and acknowledgment were clearly lacking.

I had my clutch pump, clutch cylinder, clutch cable and they blead my clutch for $550 back in May. And keep in mind I had owned my truck for 3 years. We'll 5 1/2 months after having the work done my clucth cable snaps i heard it clearly. I called to see if I could get some kind of compromise since the work was done months earlier , but instead got poor customer service and first thing out of his mouth was well your warranty has been over a long time ago, 2 1/2 months ago to be exact . He also said how doesn't know the quality of the product he buys, he just install them. I Im left feeling very unsatisfied being a returned customer.

Excellent service. They diagnose my car window electrical problem. Due to him not having the part he explained to get a OEM and change the fuses. Instead of taking advantage. I support his ethics and helping me out. I got the part and changed the fuses and my windows now work.

If they see u don’t know about mechanics or electrical they will over charge u on purpose. I took my car today and I knew it needed was in oil change since my motor. Is in good condition and they said u need a new motor . Occurring to them that’s y I needed an oil change . I’m not going back there any more . Not recommended they try to scam and take advantage of of u if u don’t know anything about cars .
