I live in Wilmington and I've been to Eddies Tire City multiple times. Everytime I go I have to walk around for five to ten mins till someone can ask me if I need anything cause they all be busy. The "suspension specialist" went with me on a ride along. I specifically mentioned a few issues I was having. I got quoted for an alignment, and a passenger side "right side" balljoint . I bought the part brought it to him , he did it. Dropped it off at 930am. I didn't get my car back till 430pm. And the "specialist" was on lunch. So I told the other guy I want to drive my car first before I pay you to make sure the shaking of the car is gone. He ASSURES me the "specialist" drove it , and it's A1 . No issues. "If issues come back we fix it no problem." I don't wanna be a bother. I pay the guy 300$ which I knew was insane amount. I was just tired of trying to fix it myself. I needed help. Wilmington business. I support it. I drive off and sure enough car shakes like I never even took it to the shop. I come back "specialist " is interrupted on his lunch to come talk to me so he's pissed off. I'm like it still shakes ? He's like you came to me for a sound in the suspension and we figured it out. I said yes . But the car also needs to be fixed the shaking that's why I got an alignment . He said oh well the shaking is a separate issue. I was livid . He told me I need new axles that because I lowered my car I needed new ones. But never told me this before at all. Not one mention of an axle. I drive off livid pissed off. Played. Oh well he fixed the PASSENGER SIDE BALLJOINT and I got an ALIGNMENT. Car still pulls slightly to the right, and I just jacked up my car. The "SUSPENSION SPECIALIST" replaced my DRIVER SIDE BALLJOINT WHICH WAS COMPLETELY Fine. While my passenger one is shot to shit. Completely incompetent people. Horrible customer service. Please stop supporting this business.

I dropped off my truck, asked them to rotate my tires and check my brakes. I call them later, they said rotation is done & no need for brakes job yet. Rotation & Inspection $40.00
View on GoogleOther reviews looked good so came here to get a tire replaced. The guy was pretty negligent and carelessly started jacking the car through the floor board instead of a jack point. Luckily I was watching him and asked to stop! Not happy.

View on GoogleI went to this tire shop, got the price of 2 new tires and he told me it was 70 dollars. I went there again the next day, after changing the tire he raised the price to 85 dollars. He is a complete fraud, a rude business that commits fraud when it is foreign and desperate. I went on my friend's advice and was disappointed that after changing the price he increased the price difference and told me the real price. After the job was done he increased the price by $30. And the tires are of a very bad brand. My advice to those who are going to buy them is to record their voices.
