The worst mechanic I have ever dealt with. They collected payment from my insurance company but never repaired my car and stopped responding to me. I trusted them to handle the claim honestly, but they failed to do the work they were paid for. I am now taking them to small claims court to recover my money. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
View on GoogleAfter researching dozens of shops in the valley I am so glad to have found Ed's Auto Repair because: *great easy to find corner location *plenty of staff on hand *clean office with comfortable waiting area and beautiful fish tank *friendly and professional *fast diagnosis *great communication-kept me informed every step of the way and thoroughly explained everything they discovered *experienced owner operated business (and many proudly displayed certificates on the wall) *fair prices and no surprises I really liked these guys and although there are literally hundreds of shop closer to my home this will be my go to place for car service. Thanks guys.

View on GoogleExtremely rude on the phone when I asked if they provided a certain service then proceeded to yell no and aggressively hang up mid question. I chose to call because the good reviews but if that interaction is any clue of how they really treat customers I would avoid like the plague. I’m be very embarrassed if I treated one of my potential customer that way.
