I am extremely satisfied. I had Drew work on my 2006 Mercedes E350 and was very impressed with the efficiency and care he put into my car. Drew is very friendly and is attentive to me needs and concerns. I recommend anyone looking for quality work and friendly customer service to call or email Drew. This man will take care of your car as if it was his own.
View on GoogleDrew was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I am glad I took their advice by coming here. I recently took my Land Rover Discovery Sport on 3 different occasions to Drew - first experience was this mysterious transmission issue which ended up being something else, second was for body work on my car and changing my brakes out and third was for my major 75k service. He diagnosed my vehicle successfully and told me the exact issues and walked me through what it would take to get it running smoothly. He didn't inappropriately upsell me or price gouge me or try to pull the wool over my eyes because I'm a female. He was honest, helpful, knowledgable, and successfully repaired my car. I have had ZERO issues since. I typically take my car to a local popular European repair shop and they couldn't diagnose what Drew could. Going forward I will always come to Drew for any issues with my vehicle and also for my regular maintenance. I suggest you do too, you won't be sorry!

View on GoogleAfter having my car worked on by 3 different mechanics in both Ventura and LA county, nearly 8 months idle and thousands of dollars later, I had a good friend refer me to Drew's automotive. When I took my car in it was not running,it wouldn't start,and these other "mechanics" had almost destroyed it. Drew was pleasant, professional, and a great communicator. He set aside all the parts that needed replacement, and even took the time to explain it's function and why the part needed replacement. Considering everything that needed to be done to it the car was finished in a timely manner, and I have not had any problems until this point. It's been a few months and the car still sounds brand new. Drew is hands down the best experience I've ever had at any automotive place ever!!! I highly recommend Drews automotive hands down no competition it was a great experience overall.
