Very happy! Steve is polite and patient, he runs the shop very well. I brought to this shop all our family's cars for the past 6 years for different services, and it's been great, the prices are reasonable and the work done in a timely manner. I've had tires replaced, wheel alignment, oil changes, suspension work, gaskets, tune ups, some sensor issues, all resolved. I definitely recommend this shop.
View on GoogleI needed three items serviced on my vehicle. The repairs were going to be pricey but Steve worked with me to get the cost down and beat his competitors pricing. The staff is friendly, especially Tito who was able to take me home so I didn't have to wait for my vehicle The lobby/waiting area is not appealing. It's small with limited power sockets and seating. Overall, I'm pleased with how everything turned out.

I came to this location twice (once for a flat, another time when TWO tires blew out on me) and they went above and beyond to help me. I learned two things: definitely get your tires replaced when they tell you to (I think that’s why my other two tires blew!) And two: the team at Discount Tires in Northridge is the best.
