I cannot thank Diamond Auto Center enough. After months of visiting my local Mercedes dealership, numerous annoying conversations, refusals, expensive estimates and repetitive answers I was left with no choice but to seek a solution to my check engine light elsewhere. I called multiple mechanics in my area and was devastated by the inflated quotes I received for diagnostics. I found Diamond Auto Center online and from the first call I knew that if anyone could fix my car it was these guys. I was welcomed to bring my car in to see what the issue was free of charge unlike every other mechanic I had called. They were able to take my car in the very same day, they started diagnosing it immediately and had identified an issue that Mercedes could not find for over 5 months. I was also surprised at the quoted price for the repair as it was less than the diagnostics fees that other mechanics were trying to charge me. They finished working on my car in less than 2 days and called me immediately to pick it up. I even asked them to check everything else and advise if there was any other needed service but these guys were very honest and told me all I needed was an oil change, but that I did not have to do it for another 1000 miles. At that point I was so happy for receiving great customer service and such an honest response that I asked them to change the oil anyway as a way of saying thank you. This is not where the pleasant surprises ended. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was charged well below my local dealer price for the synthetic oil change which blew my mind!!! The service guy went through the work that was performed, took the time to explain everything in great detail, gave me tips for future maintenance and what to look out for based on his experience with my make and model car. I would give Diamond Auto Center 10 stars for going above and beyond in service, care, and professionalism displayed. Definitely call these guys and you will not regret it. They have won over my and all my family's business!!!

I brought my Toyota in for an oil change and battery replacement, and the experience was great from start to finish. The team was friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything that was being done to the car. The work was completed quickly, and my car has been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop that’s both honest and helpful, but these guys definitely are. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them.

I recently took my car to Diamond Auto Center for an oil change, brake service, and wheel alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They completed all the work quickly and explained everything clearly before starting. My car drives noticeably smoother after the alignment, the new brakes feel great, and the oil change was done efficiently at a very reasonable price. It’s hard to find an auto shop that combines quality work, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, but Diamond Auto Center delivers on all three. I highly recommend Diamond Auto Center to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and repairs!

Very happy with the work they did on my car. The price was great, and my car came out looking amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work. Definitely recommend!

They did an great job on doing a vehicle maintenance and inspection on my car and did an oil change and oil filter replacement. Excellent service, would recommend.
