Extremely disrespectful – Replied with a single period (.) to my serious inquiry. I had a serious concern regarding my vehicle and reached out to this shop for professional advice. Instead of a helpful or even a basic human response, they replied with a single period (.). It was clear that because they realized there was no immediate profit to be made from me, they decided I wasn't worth their time. After I posted a review to call out this behavior, they sent a ridiculous excuse claiming it was a typo for "85" because of a "crazy phone." It’s a complete lie and an insult to my intelligence. When I tried to follow up, they went completely silent again. On top of that, they contacted Yelp to have my honest review removed to hide their unprofessionalism. A shop that treats customers with such contempt and tries to silence them instead of apologizing is not a place anyone should trust. Avoid this shop. They are quick to take your money but will ignore you with a "dot" when you actually need professional accountability.

View on GoogleAs an newer person to LA and on a fixed income I trusted the reviews I saw online about this place and I must say they were true. I also like how even if there is a poor review the team responds. I had a vehicle that was sitting for 3 yrs and AAA had told the owner it needed a new transmission but after the team checked it out, it did not. Overall they saved me 1000s of dollars, performed the work needed promptly and communication was fantastic. Definitely recommend this team. I am a retired female and sometimes feel vulnerable when it comes to car repair but these guys restored my faith in good honest mechanics. Thank you so much!

View on GoogleA word to the wise. When getting a quote make sure you ask for a full quote so you won't have any surprises when you get there. They knew that my transmission had to be reprogrammed but did not tell me the price when I asked for a quote. I contacted other shops and they said that the reprogramming is a part of the process. Just a warning.
