Costco Tire Service Center

2.5 hours for 4 tire installation and the guy at the counter (closing time) has some attitude, no customer service at all. They got the best price in the market and best warranty and after sales service but you need a LOT OF PATIENCE

The guy with a beard and a greenish beaded bracelet on his hand was the one who assisted me. While he was friendly, can't overlook the fact that he charged me $180 for another person’s tire repair and handed me the invoice with someone else’s name. A tire installer from the workshop showed up and spoke a bit while I was incorrectly charged $180. The guy from the workshop, I think his name on the wall picture says Aiden, Aaron, or Jaiden, or something with a double letter. The bearded man seemed Latino and the guy from the shop I think was a caucasian. I thought “Why is he mentioning how BMW’s tires act on roads, that's not what I drive.” They didn't even notice they made a mistake until I pointed out that the invoice was in another person's name and for a different car. I guess I look rich or something. Thanks for the compliment but my time was wasted. Then I trusted the bearded guy with my membership and my credit card - two credit cards - and let him go by himself to the returns desk to issue me a refund “so you don't have to wait in line there.” Now I’m thinking - should I have trusted him with taking both of my cards out of sight? I lost an additional 30 minutes while my freakin’ frozen fruit thawed. I'm posting this review here just in case I notice unknown charges on my credit cards. I have never seen those guys, how do I know that my cc data wasn't compromised? I have to ask for new cards now. I hope this was completely unintended as I know that oversights can happen - to give them some grace - this was past 6PM so they were probably tired - understandable as it's a tire service. Tire-tired, get it? I'm leaving this comment with the best intentions. I hope that at least my wheels are ok after the rotation service. I don’t want to have to be in a situation where I sue the company if a wheel falls off. Although I know I could win millions in such a case, I would rather have my good health and good customer service provided instead. ⭐One star for poor financial transaction, another ⭐ for quick tire rotation - earlier than expected, and the 3rd ⭐ because the bearded guy put a bit of a pep in his step when he headed out to the returns desk. However, he then stayed there for longer than I expected. Actually, he went with the card I paid with, then came back because they told him at the desk he needed my membership card, too, for the refund. So I waited for him to go twice. I wanted to take one star back because of this, but I I'll let you have it because I'm a long-time Costco member. I really don't know what to think of this. Is the bearded guy new at this job, or is this some kind of a scam to have me hand him my cards so he can take down the information? I hope not, that would really be a bottom-of-the-barrel style. Never had such a poorly handed transaction at any Costco. Anyway, do better guys.

I called just to ask if there was availability to change my tires. I was told that I could come in to check in person, so I made time and drove there. When I arrived, they told me, “We can’t do it today, come back tomorrow.” This is completely unacceptable. If it wasn’t available today, that could have been said over the phone. Instead, they wasted my time, gas, and energy for no reason. Very poor communication, zero organization, and no respect for customers’ time. This place is extremely unprofessional. I will never come back and do not recommend this location to anyone.

Just terrible patchwork, think again if you want to come here to warranty your tires.
