Great service, was able to get 2 used tires for a good price. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need another tire service in the future. Plus the guy that changed my tires was able to adjust my muffler that was kind of loose. Thanks guys!
View on GoogleMy husband called this shop regarding a tire and was given a price over the phone. They told him they had four tires available and that they were used but in good condition. Since he couldn’t go in person, he sent a friend to have a tire replaced. Unfortunately, the tire they installed was essentially useless, yet they charged his friend $80 instead of the $75 quoted over the phone. When my husband realized the tire was practically trash, someone at the shop told him to bring the truck back and they would replace it with no extra charge. However, when he went in, they refused to honor this, claiming they didn’t know who gave him that promise and if we wanted to replace it they would charge $120!!! My husband has been a customer here frequently, but this experience was extremely disappointing. They clearly take advantage of people who aren’t knowledgeable about tires, overcharge, and provide unsafe, worn-out tires. The tire they gave us had serious safety issues, and their lack of honesty and accountability could easily lead to an accident. I strongly advise against this shop. If you want used tires in poor condition, paid at an inflated price, and risking your safety, this is the place. Otherwise, go elsewhere and avoid getting ripped off.
