Thank goodness I found CLASSIC AUTO REPAIR when I needed to get my beloved LEXUS LC500 fixed after it was hit. They were recommended to me by Lexus of Beverly Hills. Jerry, the owner, primarily does expert body work on Lexus vehicles, and he clearly loves what he does, and loves his business. This was clearly evident when I dropped my car off and he took me on a tour of the place, proudly sharing with me his very fancy paint compressor, and around the facility. Jerry repaired my car in a timely fashion, to where I can’t tell there was ever any damage, he matched the very precise Lexus paint job perfectly. But that was only part of the reason why I recommend this business so enthusiastically - he ordered the damaged panels for me before even having money in hand from the other party’s insurance, taking a chance on his part on me following through to do the work there. He not only communicated what was going on with my car every step of the way, but he also took me to the rental place and argued on my behalf with them for a car equal to the type/class of mine. Not only did Jerry help me get a better rental, and justified with the insurance company, he also is in the process of helping me get sorted with the diminished value claim I need to file. When I dropped off my rental to pick up my finished car one of his guys, Peter, picked me up at the rental place and drove me to the body shop. While on the way he told me that he’d been with Classic Auto Repair, and Jerry for 10 or 11 years, and the rest of his employees the same. That said a lot to me, not only did Jerry recruit guys that are into their job, but he treats them well, with respect, and Peter told me he really enjoys working there. After going to three other high end body shops, I’m SO lucky I found Jerry and Classic Auto Repair - it’s truly a one-stop shop for all the stuff you have to deal with if your car was in an accident. Recently had my windshield repaired here and I couldn't ask for a better experience. From initial contact with Jerry, to picking up the car and backing out the driveway, the team gave me the peace of mind that I was in the best hands. Very appreciative of their patience in taking the time to explain the repair process thoroughly. The service was not only warm and professional, but incredibly efficient — my windshield was fixed faster than I expected. If I have any future repair needs (fingers crossed I don’t!), Jerry will be the only person I trust to get the job done right. Highly, highly recommend!

My car would not start so I called AAA they told me it would be over an hour. Within 10 minutes Gerardo J. from Classic Club Service at my place in Van Nuys. My car would not take a jump, but Gerardo said let me see what I can do. He said you might need a double jump. ========================================================== So, he called his friend in the area that I just finished a job from the same company his name was Victor H. My car did not respond to the double jump. Let me tell you how awesome these young men were they were determined to help me out. I know AAA would not have gone this far. ========================================================== They had a friend with them named Bryan R. I was under the building and their flatbed would not fit. They put my car in neutral and pushed it to the chain where the flatbed could reach it and that’s how they got my car out that was so awesome they were so nice and determined to get my car going. =================================== This is the kind of towing service you want people. I want to say thank you again to Classic Club Service, for having tow truck drivers who care about their customers. Really great trustworthy guys and really great work from this body shop. Having your car be damaged can be very stressful, but Jerry is very responsive, transparent, and there to help through the entire process to the end. You’ll be very glad to have these guys on your team. So happy to get my car back totally fixed up and in great shape again!

Jerry goes above and beyond for his customers and he quickly put me at ease. My new Lexus was vandalized and I needed to find a place I can trust. He made the entire process easy and went to bat for me with my insurance. I 100% recommend him!
