I purchased my first NEW car at this location. 8 years ago The color that I wanted was not available so they sent two available employees to a location 100ish miles away to pick one up. I could have waited but the staff insisted. I got my first NEW car in the morning. I have been returning to this location ever since The staff is truly Concerned ,Friendly and Genuine.
View on GoogleI recently visited Chevy Van Nuys for an oil change. The service itself was completed properly and the work performed was fine. However, my experience with the service advisor, Mario, was disappointing. I felt pressured to purchase additional non-essential services that I did not request. After I declined those extras, his attitude noticeably changed and became unprofessional. It reached a point where he did not seem interested in clearly explaining the service that was completed. While the oil change itself was handled correctly, the customer service experience did not reflect professionalism. I would recommend management review how customers are approached regarding upsells. Based on my experience, you may want to consider other dealers if respectful service is important to you.
View on GoogleThe worst place to go they quoted me $7000 for a simple DPF sensor on a Duramax diesel. They don’t know anything about the DPF def Or EPC system they’re not knowledgeable at all. Truck was fixed parts and labor for $300 just by replacing a simple sensor. I’ve done 200 miles on it and everything is working fine. This is the worst dealership if you drive a diesel other than that, I don’t know, but just by their customer service horrible -5 stars. I cannot fathom or explain how their quote from $7000 only cost $300 to fix parts and labor sensor was $123 and the install Was 168 At a real diesel mechanic shop
View on GoogleService sucks can’t help at all. Blazer ev got dropped. The service manager Joe Rodriguez didn’t help at all. Bought a brand new car and it has the check engine light and now I need to leave the car dropped off for days. And now they want to either pay rent for a car or just find my own ride. The whole point of buying a brand new car is to be reliable. THANK YOU CHEVY 👎

My texh was Fransico I was charged for a full maintenance on my Traverse and was told fluids and tire air pressure would me done as well if agreed to.129.00 service. However when I picked up my Traverse and drove off I was stuck in traffic and checked my tire pressure on the screen nothing was done two tires where at 35 on 31 and the other at 29. I also check the windshield washer there was no fluids topped off. I reached out to the tech via message and did not reply with a solution very disappointing. I was charged for something that was not done or the techs are just cutting corners amd not doing the work not sure what toke so long as i waited two hours just for maintenance work. I am still waiting on a solution or a call back to have this corrected but no response.
