If i could leave a zero i would. This man is very rude and not helpful at all and got upset with me for asking questions. My late father brought his truck to him for repair in July 2025 for P1518 error code. They worked on it and he was charged almost 900 for removing and replacing the Intake manifold runner control valve. He died not even 2 weeks later. The truck had barely been used by my elderly mother. I then took it to him for smog check in March and it failed due to P0340 sensor. I found the documentation for the repair and took it for him to look at it because according to Google AI the sensors are related. he claimed that they were not related and that it had been too long for warranty. I had hoped that when i showed him that they had worked on it and that the failures were related he would honor the warranty and correct the issue. But even though i showed him the death certificate and hoping he would honor his warranty and work due to the circumstances. He stated to me that he didnt work for free and that his warranty was either 6k miles or 90 days. He wanted to charge me 225 to diagnose when i asked him if he could check it for the problem he corrected previously, He said he didnt work for free again. That is a horrible way to treat someone. My late father had been bringing his truck here for smog and work for a while now. And he was very rude to me for asking questions both times that i was in the shop. And im left wondering if the issues are related and they never corrected the problem the first time and we would have noticed the issue earlier if the truck was being used by my late father.
