Do NOT bring your car here. I've brought three different cars and none of them were fixed by this shop. They claim they find the issues, charge an outrageous amount for parts then even worse for labor all to pay shop bills. Definitely not a shop that is here to help. Go to anyone of the shops next to this place and I'm sure you'll have a better bet with your time and money.
View on GoogleI have a 2017 Chrysler 300c and had a transmission problem for a new car. Took it to the dealer and they charged me almost $6000. Towed my car back home and heard of Charles auto. Called him very nice guy and said to tow my car to his shop so he can take a look at it. When my car got there and they diagnosed it he said it’s the transmission and I told him to please give me a best offer and he helped me a lot and I only ended up paying half the price of what the dealer was offering. The funny thing is that Charles owns the place and so humble that I didn’t even know his the owner cos of the way he communicates with his workers. Such a nice guy. Great customer service and my car was out in days very fast. Now my car sounds like a new car again and perfect. Would recommend you guys to check Charles auto out and see yourself. Thank you Charles for helping me.
