Brought my Audi eTron GT in for some minor body work (scrape and a small dent). It did take over a week, but they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend them. Car was returned spotless and looked to be detailed. Happy customer.

I would like to share our experience with CBS auto body shop. They made us so happy after fixing our Toyota Venza, the car looks even more beautiful after they fixed it! Like a magic! It took a while, but the wait was totally worth it! I kept calling them for updates, and they were always patient and professional — from the beautiful receptionist to the technicians. Ariel helped us from the very beginning, and John, Miriam, and Amir were amazing too. All of the staff are fantastic! I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family. Seriously the worst possible bodyshop you can think of, they have had my car for two months delaying repair left and right while putting the blame on anyone but themselves. I have been battling with this shop for so long it has been draining, Aria is an incompetent guy who is apparently not able to communicate. I am writting this while still not having my car back I mean I could honestly write a 10 page essay on how bad this establishment is. If you are even considering going to them DO NOT DO IT you will regret it so much. I am sure they got plenty of good reviews because I looked at them too before giving them my car but listen to all the 1 stars they got.. this place is terrible whole team is as useless as the other I mean not a single one of them has basic critical thinking skills.

I was referred to this body shop by my car insurance company, and over time I’ve unfortunately needed repairs for a few different accidents. Each time, they’ve consistently done excellent work and kept me updated throughout the repair process. This time around there was a small delay and a minor hiccup with the repair. However, once I communicated my concerns, they responded promptly, took the car back in right away, made the necessary adjustments, and had my vehicle ready again very quickly. From the beginning, their team was courteous and professional. They’re also partnered with MidWay Car Rental, which made the process incredibly convenient. They arranged for a same-day rental pickup that was seamlessly connected with my insurance rental policy, which was a huge help. I truly trust this body shop. They clearly care about their customers and go above and beyond to provide quality service. While occasional delays can happen especially when they’re likely handling many vehicles, their communication, professionalism, and workmanship have always stood out to me. Their work truly speaks for itself. I’m very happy with the repairs and grateful to have my vehicle back. Highly recommend.
