I had a great experience with Carvive! They did body work on my car and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality work. A special thank you to Elina, Albert, and the whole team that worked on my car. They made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They stayed in constant communication with me and worked directly with my insurance, which really took a lot off my plate. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-handled. I truly appreciate their care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Carvive to anyone needing reliable and quality auto body work!

I cannot thank CarVive Collision Center, Northridge enough for everything they’ve done for me during one of the hardest times in my life. From the very beginning, Elina at the front desk treated me with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to help me get through this process and made a stressful situation feel manageable during the most challenging bits. Adam is also easily one of the most kindest and easygoing people you’ll ever meet to discuss car repairs with. These 2 make a great team. I originally chose this place because they’re Dodge certified and it’s important to me that only OEM parts are used to repair my 2019 Dodge Challenger SXT since it’s getting older. What has stood out to me thus far is how the staff here handled communication with the at-fault driver’s insurance company on my behalf. They also educated me about all of the services and support I was owed by the insurance company and they went back and forth with insurance adjusters multiple times for me, waited on hold multiple times for me, emailed/left voicemails multiple times for me, all without forcing me to have to deal with majority of it. Anything I’ve asked of CarVive, Northridge so far, I’ve gotten. And fast too. Like same-day type of fast, if not only a-few-hours-in-between type of fast. This level of advocacy, urgency, and professionalism especially from a fairly younger team is so unfortunately rare. More importantly, whilst I’ve been dealing with a death in my family, they showed me compassion I won’t forget and this is the primary reason for writing this review I write this review. They stored my car for 2 additional months no-charge so I could have time to pay for the completely separate curb rash repair I specially requested done to 3 of my rims (they got the insurance company to cover the 4th) when I first dropped my car off and before I knew I’d be financially responsible for the majority of a incredibly expensive funeral procession. That understanding and flexibility meant more to me than words can express. It’s clear that the people here such as Adam and Elina genuinely care about their customers and their cars, not just the business side of things, although their business ethics and etiquette surely mirrors this just as well. I’m deeply grateful for the superb assistance, patience, and care so far throughout this melancholy experience of mine. I’ll return to finish my review once I’ve seen my car’s final results, but so far I can honestly say CarVive Collision Center, Northridge has already earned my appreciation and respect.

I had a great experience with Carvive after my car was broken into. Two of my windows were shattered and, unfortunately, it happened while it was raining so the inside of the car got completely soaked. It was a really stressful situation, but the team at Carvive made the entire repair process smooth and easy. They arranged for my car to be dropped off and handled everything from start to finish. Carvive communicated directly with my insurance company, ordered the replacement parts, and took care of all the repairs. It was such a relief not having to manage all those details myself. Their communication was amazing. They kept me updated almost every day on the status of the repair so I always knew what was going on with my car. When it was time to pick it up, everything was ready and the process was quick and painless. The repairs were done beautifully and my car looked great again. If you’re looking for a reliable auto body shop that handles insurance repairs and broken window damage, I highly recommend Carvive. Five stars all the way.

I am honestly grateful for Carvive collusion. They really took care of me. The hospitality and care were by far the best. The day after my accident, they took care of me and set up transportation. The team was so professional and polite. I was helped through the process of making a claim with my insurance. Everything was explained to me straightforward. They did an amazing job fixing up my car, they left it looing like new. When receiving my car, I was told that they have a detailed wash. This is going above and beyon on thier part. My car looked like when I got it out of the dealership. I am so thankful for the work and care. If you're looking for a good place to take care of you, this is the place.
