Amazing experience! I was rear ended, and this shop was recommended as having really good Hyundai repair experience. I went in Saturday to have pictures taken of the damages and when I woke up Monday morning, I had an estimate ready for me. They told me it would be about seven business days to repair and helped me schedule a time to drop it off. within a few hours of dropping it off, they were able to get more details on the damage to my vehicle and texted me an update of what additional repairs were needed. Provided an update on how that might affect repair times. At the end of the week they texted me an end of week update that told me what they had done so far, what they would be doing next, and when it was looking like it was going to be done. They were actually able to complete everything within the original seven business days timeline they provided, which was amazing! And all the repairs look super clean and it doesn’t even look like my car was hit. I can tell they took super good care of the interior of my car when they had to move it in and out of bays as needed - everything was super clean. Everyone I talked to throughout the process was super nice and knowledgeable about what was going on with my specific case. I am hoping I won’t need any collision repairs in the future but if I do, I will be coming back here.
