California Z Cars did an amazing job fixing my Tesla after it was side-swiped in a hit and run in Sherman Oaks. I actually thought of them because they worked on my Honda almost 20 years ago, and I remembered how great the quality of their work was back then. Glad I trusted my memory because they absolutely delivered again. The repair came out perfect, my Tesla looks like nothing ever happened. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. Super professional, great communication, and amazing workmanship. definitely recommended!

The staff at California Z are amazing. I’ve had all three of my cars serviced here and was never disappointed. My last service they went above and beyond. My paint on my white Honda Pilot has been coming off. Had it repainted and they did an awesome job. I’ve been referring my family and friends. It’s hard to imagine some of the negatives comments here. I say try it for yourselves and you be the judge.

Just got my car repaired! Jeff and his team did an amazing job of communicating and making sure the job was done right! I was worried my car wouldn’t look the same after accident but when the final results came, it’s like nothing ever happened to my vehicle! As a team they are super reliable and responsive. Thank you California Z for taking care of my vehicle, if there is anything I need done I will be coming here!

This place is awesome! Took my car in to get a broken fog light replaced, upholstery repaired, paint and some chipped paint repaired on chrome accents that I had painted black. The receptionist is sweet and helpful and all the guys who went over the quote with me were thorough and fair. I was happy with the turnout and they even detailed the inside of my car for me! I had to bring the car back because they forgot to do one accent piece on the back bumper and they took accountability and had it fixed it ASAP. I appreciate the integrity and quality service of this place because it's hard to find that these days. I highly recommend this place!

If I could put zero stars I would. Do not come to this place, I chose this location because it was listed under the person who hit me car insurance and a friend mentioned that a family member had been here before too. I had Ronald working with me on getting my car repaired with the Insurance. He was at first informational but would keep questioning my decisions. My car had been left here for almost month because the insurance had not yet contacted me on how we were going to move forward with the repairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I requested Ronald to put my car back together to pick it up until a decision was made. I had my mom pick up my car for me (because I was about 1 hour 20 minutes away and would get there after 5 pm), Ronald explained to her that everything was put together screws back in place and all. I get home to find my car is still in pieces dangerously enough to where my whole back light is about to fall off. Screws to hold the interior is still loose. I feel like this place just screwed me over, because they left a note in my car stating that they are not responsible for any issues to the vehicle once it leaves their premises.
