Came in to have my timing belt replaced. Roger checked me in and pulled my car into the garage. He was very cordial, offered me some refreshments while I waited to have my car serviced. Everyone that came into the shop or called in to he addressed as “sir” or “mam”. You don’t see that kind of service and hospitality now a days and especially not in the automotive industry. Just goes to show how they treat their customers at Butch’s. While they were replacing my timing belt they found that my motor mount was cracked. Roger showed me the damaged part and offered to replace it at a reasonable rate. Also, the waiting room was roomy and bathroom was spotless. Will definitely be bringing my other vehicles back for servicing.
