I had my Kia Forte repaired here after an accident, and Javier was outstanding throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained what was happening with the supplements and approvals from State Farm, and made sure everything was handled properly. The communication was clear, professional, and patient — something you rarely get during an insurance claim. The quality of the bodywork and paint looks great, and the car drives perfectly after the alignment and suspension repair. Sometimes it's hard to believe such a well reviewed and rated place can live up to it. In this case it is not hard to believe, Bussard's transformed my vehicle into it's best shape it can be at a competitive and fair price. My repair technician, Javier, detailed step by step how the process would go and at every step also included prices and what services and at what cost it would be. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and at competitive pricing. I'm wholly satisfied with my experience and I'm sure you will be too.

Bussards Automotive is one of those places that just feels different, in a good way. They're people first. Every time I go in, it feels like they're looking out for me, not just the car. White glove service, but without any of the attitude. Having a trusted mechanic in Los Angeles is a blessing. They're AAA approved, and the work is consistently solid and thorough. Once in a while something might get missed. It happens. I’ve been going to them since 2012. What matters is they own it and fix it without any hassle. They don’t cut corners. You can see it in how they do the work and how they explain things. They’re on the higher end of reasonably priced, but it’s worth it in the long run if you want a mechanic who’s reliable, knows your car, and makes the right call. Since they’ve been servicing my cars, I haven’t been stranded on the road. The only exception was a punctured tire, and if you bought your tires from them, they’ll fix it for free if you bring it in on the doughnut or have it towed in. They’ve been around long enough to feel like a real part of the Highland Park community, not just another shop. The kind of place you stick with, and the kind you recommend to people you actually like.

They are absolutely amazing and work miracles. My car had been having issues for a while and no one could figure it out. They kept having me replace different things in my car, but nothing was working. Gary took less than two minutes to observe my car and noticed one thing right off the bat. They kept my car for observation did a diagnostic and helped me figure out different things I needed to do for my car but cleaned some wires replaced some wires fixed my security system. Replaced the battery. Worked on a bunch of electrical things give me a list of other things I would need to have done. Absolutely worth driving from Ventura to Alhambra on my friends recommendation. Gary is my hero and every one at the shop was absolutely wonderful kind and professional. They took me seriously and believed me and actually tried to help instead of guessing what it could be and charging me to replace random parts that didn’t need to be replaced. My absolute heroes!
