Just had my brakes checked and Kent was really nice. They accommodated me without an appointment, no hard sell, just an honest evaluation. Gave me a quotation, which I was willing to do, but they said just come back when the brakes sensor light comes on. So nice of them. I highly recommend this shop if you start experiencing any brake concern. Thank you Kent and team! You have my trust.
View on GoogleThey did alignment on my car. It was obvious that it was pulling left. I went back and did it again but it was still pulling left. They said computer shows ok. And the employee was making fun of me because I said your computer is wrong. They did something again. It was pulling right this time. I went back again. They said same thing. Computer shows ok. One month latter l recognize my tire surface is completely gone. Inner part of the tire was worn off. So I had to buy a new tire. I went back and ask the reason. They were very rude. Manager does not know how to talk to customer. They have connected some electronic equipment to my car. They did refund. After they hooked up the electronic equipment, one of the warning light went on. Manager said it will go away after I drive my car. After 3 thousand mile driving, it is still on. I went back ask them to fix it. He said it is not their flout. I went to Toyota service. They said they need to diagnostic for the light and will cost $150. I also have to pay $160 for a new tire. So I lost $310 because of them. After toyota did the alignment everything works perfect and I did not need to go back. I have lost a lot of money and time and no solution. Shame on you.
View on Google10/10 STARS!! I will literally only trust these guys with my vehical from now on. Every time I go to get my car serviced they are so helpful and honest. I went to some random shop to get a something looked at and they told me I needed new brake pads because I was dangerously close to running through mine. I decided to take it to Brake Masters Canoga Park they looked at it and in about 5 minutes of being there they told me to "get out of here, your brake pads are at 80%." Im so grateful to have such a trusted auto shop that I can go to and feel like I'm not being taken advantage of. Really appreciate you guys!

After inspecting my 1995 Honda Civic he told me what my options were and what possible results could occur. He was honest and didn't want to just take my money. I appreciate that kind of personality.
