The manager told me my back brakes were bad. They only had 5% left. He never took off the wheels or drums. I took my car to my mechanic and they were fine they cleaned the drums and adjusted the brakes.

I took my Toyota Corolla 2003 to fix an oil leak on the motor.The manager charged for a seal replacement on the right side of the motor which they placed incorrectly and the leaking continued Then I took the car back to ask why it was still leaking and he said that it was another problem and they wanted 300 dollars more to do a full inspection which I did not accept so I went to an autozone mechanic he replaced the same seal for $60 dollars labor cost and after going with proof to Brake Masters I spoke to the owner and they didn’t want to give me the money back for their mistake of placing the seal incorrectly. This place is a rip off they’re rude , incompetent, and not ashamed of the dirty work they do management and workers

I took my Mazda CX-5 for rear brake work and the close to $500 job has come out to over $1500. Why? The mechanic who worked on the car totally messed up the calipers and the sensor. Before leaving the shop, the brake would not disengage which led to the manager to ask me to leave the car over the weekend as the part needed to be ordered. Got the car back, a few weeks later, the work done on the brakes totally DESTROYED both rotors and the car was completely UNSAFE to drive. Took it to my trusted mechanic shop that has been around over 30 years with excellent reviews and fixed the problem. After two weeks of driving the vehicle, the caliper actuators failed on both sides. Now I am stuck with an expensive brake repair that should have been $400ish into an over $1500 job. I WILL NEVER take my cars to Brake Masters again and DO NOT TRUST some of their mechanics as they DO NOT KNOW what they are doing. Hope this review helps someone. Remember, if you see that your car is acting up after the job done, make sure you tell them and most importantly, make sure they install OEM parts not aftermarket.

I went here yesterday alone with my two kids. Not only did Ben throughly check my car when I said I thought I needed new brakes. He showed me why I didn't and didn't charge me unnecessarily. He says, "come back in a few months I'll check again." Honest, fair, knowledgeable, informative, and so kind! Amazing staff! I will be going back, and highly recommending to friends and family!
