My partner and I had such a smooth sailing and pleasant experience purchasing our 1st BMW at Sherman Oaks with Darya. She was down to earth, genuine and so authentic with her attitude and opinions as she assisted us with no hassles whatsoever. She catered to us over the weekend during a busy time on site, and followed up with us promptly. We felt so assured with our purchase and she made sure we were taken care of from start to finish, including follow up appointments which we have already got in process. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and we are loving our new car! We really enjoyed dealing with Ali in finance as well- super charismatic and such a gentleman. Smooth sailing!

really disappointed here. you pay above sticker price for what you think is better service and i had the opposite experience - multiple things messed up including not even getting the tire pressure right on their most popular vehicle. ignored communication for pickup window and a general lackadaisical attitude. they bent over backwards once alerted of the issues but that level of service should have existed from the beginning. really a shame, learned not to pay for BMW service again.

The experience with BMW service has been extremely disappointing. The car has only 600 miles on it and has been used occasionally, mostly on weekends — essentially a weekend car, always kept in excellent condition and never subjected to misuse or harsh conditions. Despite this, the service center claimed that the battery must be replaced at my own expense, saying that “the car sits too much,” and as a result, the battery has rusted. The service advisor also added that the car had not been driven for about 25 days, and that because of this, “the BMW system” allegedly did not allow the warranty repair to be approved. This explanation is completely absurd. Not driving a car for 25 days is perfectly normal, especially for a nearly new vehicle that’s used only occasionally. Cars sitting on dealership lots often remain unused for months, yet their batteries don’t rust — and certainly, their warranties remain valid. How can a vehicle with only 600 miles, in perfect condition and with no misuse, suddenly develop a rusted battery and be denied warranty coverage? My warranty claim was denied. The service department stated that the repair could only be done at my own expense, even though the car is still under official BMW warranty. Following this, I contacted BMW Customer Service and consulted with an attorney. Both confirmed that this situation is unprecedented and does not align with BMW’s warranty or service policies. Nevertheless, the service representative continues to insist that this case “does not fall under warranty coverage.” Such behavior raises serious concerns about the professionalism and integrity of the service center. BMW is a brand that stands for quality, reliability, and trust, and actions like these completely contradict those values. It truly feels like the customer is being pressured to pay for a repair that should clearly be covered under warranty. Cases like this seriously damage customer trust and harm BMW’s reputation as a premium brand.

I hope they finish the work on the offices soon. It's clear the employees are miserable in the container they're in, because the customer service is appalling (bad faces, they left us the car and left, and didn't give us much information about anything). I loved the car, but I wouldn't buy it here. So sad, we're already clients, and we've had other horrible experiences here before. Even so, we keep hoping for good service, and it never fails: It always disappoints.
