The guys at Blu Auto always do such a wonderful job of making sure I feel understood and cared for. They took care of my car quickly and helped me understand what services were essential versus those that were recommended but could wait. I trust them to make sure my car is safely repaired and I am not taken to the cleaners in the process.

Within 2 hours of bringing it in the alternator was replaced and I was back on the road again before they closed shop for the day. That's a world record of service in my book. Excellent work and professionalism.
View on GoogleI got quoted by my dealership’s service and parts center for a brake pad that they said needed replacing immediately. My intuition told me to go to Blu Automotive for a better deal and not only did they offer me a lower cost that I was willing to pay, they were honest in showing me that my brake pads were fine and don’t need replacing at all. With a lot of scams happening around lately, I will only take my business to places that have integrity. Their clean lobby, superb customer service, and honesty sealed the deal for me. Never going back to my dealership for anything from now on, Blu all the way!

Went over everything and showed me on the computer photos of my car and parts when going over everything needed. Very pleased and will be going there from now on instead of the dealership with less cost.
