I have been a customer of Big Brand Tire (formerly Chatsworth Tire) for more than 20 years. I have always felt respected and appreciated as a customer and I am knocked out by the genuine care and professionalism I receive at this particular location. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service, great prices and great people!
View on GoogleI had a great experience with Big Brand Tires. I first called and spoke with Lexi, and she was incredibly helpful right from the start. I explained that my mom’s car had a flat tire and that a tow truck would be dropping the vehicle off. Lexi quickly took care of everything over the phone and set up the appointment so the team would be ready as soon as the car arrived. When the car arrived by tow truck, I spoke with Bob and he took care of the rest. He made sure the suspension and wheels were still in good condition, which gave me peace of mind. He also recommended a set of tires that fit our needs perfectly—now we’re set for the next 60,000 miles. Thank you, Lexi and Bob. Both are great!

View on GoogleThey've been doing AMAZING service on my car (second Benz) and have serviced both. Recently had sensor issues due to a problematic tow, and they came through. Great service, professional, they keep you informed, and show GENUINE care. Wouldn't take my vehicle ANYWHERE else!
View on GoogleI wish I knew about this place months and months ago. I went to two other places to get my alignment done because I had a little bit of lift on my truck ended up losing money. I showed up here, Bob helped me out and the Alignment was perfect. They knew what to do with the lifted vehicle thank you, Bob and your team. And the guys who did my alignment 🙏🙏. Sorry, I did not catch your name properly, but you did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this place.
