Trash company. Completely dishonest people. Ruined brand new tires in less than 4 months. I Brought in 4 brand new tires for installation and a vehicle alignment. I specifically asked the tech if they can put my car back to factory spec, he said no problem. I picked the car back up and drove it not even 4 months. The tires are completely worn out because the tech said -3.5 is the factory spec! That's completely false! The factory spec is -0.88 (which they have ON FILE). so came back to the shop and Hugo refused to help me with new tires, they only refunded the cost of the alignment. He agreed that the alignment was done incorrectly and that the tires are worn due to their negligence, but he doesn't care and won't do anything about covering the cost of the tires. Don't trust these crooks, they just came, raised the prices, and refused to do the right thing.

I purchased some tires at the Big Brand Tire Store in Oxnard....I am temporarily living in the Valley and happened to pick up a nail in my front drivers side tire. Joe got me in the same day, patched my tire, and didn't charge me a dime! Joe did point out to me other things that were wrong with my 2014 GMC Terrain. Nice thing was is that he actually showed me while my car was apart, vs. just telling me. He, and the rest of the staff were extremely polite and even fell in to my crazy sense of humor. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, their was a choice of coffee, water and snacks all for no charge. With the economy the way it is, I found this a rare find..... I really admire the service, the professionalism, and the atmosphere.....thanks guys! As a Professional Dog Trainer. If you need my service, I'll take care of ya!!

Nothing deters their progress and attention to their customers and their vehicles been coming here for decades and will continue to recommend this place.
