Both the front desk worker, and the mechanics in the back were so helpful. I went to three different tire stores before they could finally help me with my Ford F150 having 35 inch tires on it is very difficult to balance and they succeeded and knew exactly what they were talking about. I would highly recommend coming to these guys if you want to have peace of mind on the highway.
View on GoogleIsmael is wonderful! I needed new tires, a drive belt replacement, break fluid flush, oil change, and an alignment. My high mileage car unexpectedly needed to have the oil pan replaced. Ismael graciously replaced it and completely covered the cost. I drove away and my car which has 180k miles, felt like the day I bought it from the dealership with three miles. I will definitely continue to bring my car here for routine maintenance. The gentlemen here are hard working and honest. Thank you!
View on GoogleAvoid this place at all costs!!! Total scam artists that I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I purchased a set of 4 tires in June of 2025. One of the tires is defective and failing. I try to get a replacement under their one year warranty and they come up with every excuse in the book to not replace it. Mind you as if this review in May of 2026 it is still under one year. Absolute garbage place. B
View on GoogleBig brand tire and service told me I needed new tie rods and axel. I decided to get an other option by other tire place. They told me that my tie rods and axel are perfectly fine I just needed more brake fluid 🤦 I was about to pay $1500 at big brand tire service. Thank goodness I decided to get another opinion
View on GoogleSuch a great experience. Their service of repairing a tire for free is just by far excellent. There’s usually a bit of a wait to get it repaired but honestly it’s so worth it. Also highly recommend the location on Washington Blvd. The team is so nice!!
