Great bunch of guys. I think the price was fair and the service was excellent. I thought that I would not get a reline after the free diagnoses but after finding out the dealership price I changed my mind after the young technician took it off the rack. He just completed the task with a smile. God bless and have a Happy Easter.
View on GoogleGood service, nice people but found out they were overpriced afterwards unfortunately. Total price for replacing rear axel brake pads and rotors comes in just below $1,000 with labor at $465 for a 2021 VW Tiguan SE. I’m pretty sure the nice gentlemen helping me is aware they’re overpriced so he was able to find me a little discount. Be sure to shop around, I messed up by just going to the closest place. Everywhere else I called around afterwards gave me quotes no higher than $600.
View on GoogleFantastic service! I had a total flat tire and knew I needed to order a new one. Big Brand was the first place I called. They didn’t have one in stock but said they could one and have it the next working day and they did. Fixed it right up for a cost less than I had anticipated. I happened to get ANOTHER nail in a different tire two weeks later and they fixed that one at no cost, in under 30 minutes! The employees are very pleasant and super helpful. The shop is very clean. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately mine had more to do with my rims.I wish they could fix rims in house as I have had two recent issues with rims. They do replace them if you get them from someone else at a very reasonable price. If you have a flat tire, definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed!
View on GoogleThe manager Daisy was very pleasant and professional. She was very knowledgeable of the items around the shop and helped me decide on air sensors to accommodate the new rims I put on. The service technicians also took they’re time and done the job right. Would most definitely recommend this location to others for future and present tire, and alignment issues or checks.
