I had a huge nail in my Toyota's tire and was planning to take it to my usual dealership, but I decided to stop here instead. It was the best decision I could have made! The team was incredibly helpful and professional. Even though I was a walk-in, they fixed my tire for FREE in about an hour. They handled my car with great care and the quality of service was outstanding. I feel so lucky to have found this place. If you're looking for honest, fast, and top-notch tire service, this is the spot. Highly recommended! 5 stars all the way!

My daughter’s car had a tire with a nail in it. I saw that Big Brand Tire & Service offered free tire repairs. I called and spoke to Noe this morning he said he could get fit me in within the next hour. I was also in the need of an oil change so I inquired about the cost of a full synthetic oil change. The price was reasonable and he could get me taken care of while I waited. While the tire was off for repair they inspected the brakes. It turns out the front brake pads were close to the end of their life and needed replaced before damaging the rotors. Noe took me to the vehicle and showed me to ensure they in fact needed to be replaced. Brake pads replaced, oil changed and tire patched all in about 90 minutes. I wasn’t the only customer this morning either. They are efficient, friendly and fair. I highly recommend Big Brand Tire and Service and my daughter will be bringing her vehicle in for all future services. Thank you Noe for taking care of us!

These guys are amazing! William was very helpful not only on the phone but also in person. We got there before 5pm and they close at 6pm and they were still able to take care of us and went over time to make sure we were out safe with our new tires! They even gave us a great deal with our new tires! Thank you William and your team for taking care of us! Absolutely recommended this!

Solid Tire Work, but Dropped the Ball on Communication I had an okay experience at Big Brand Tire in Hollywood—good enough for 4 stars, but not without hiccups. I made an appointment to have a tire installed (one I bought elsewhere), and they were priced right and relatively on time with delivery. So far, so good. Where it fell short was the follow-through. They told me they’d call or text me to confirm whether I needed an alignment—and if so, they could do it before closing. That never happened. I ended up calling them, and they either forgot or missed the window, so now I’m stuck making a second trip. Total lose-lose: they miss the alignment revenue, and I lose time. Also, the waiting area? Let’s just say it’s not exactly a place you’d want to hang out. I don’t expect spa water and massage chairs, but even a halfway decent spot to sit would go a long way. As the photos show, it’s pretty bare bones. That said, the staff was friendly, and the tire service itself was done well. Just wish they’d done what they said they would—simple follow-through would’ve made this a 5-star visit.

Hello guys! This place has been amazing! As a fellow Mexican American! I am so proud of this place they are so kind and helpful. They have great prices and warranties. They also check your car and can add air. I’ve came in twice this year due to potholes in the city due to the Rain Noe and the other gentleman with Glasses is so kind also the mechanics in the shop are such great uncle vibes. They definitely won’t be overpricing you. They give you good customer service and are great people. Stop by and show them some support! Thank you for the great customer service team!
